Business: 20+ years of operating history, diverse customer base, clear growth avenues. 

People: Owner seeking a reduced role or complete exit with commitment to post-transaction business success. General Manager or Key Employee is a must to ensure smooth transition. 

Real Estate: Ability to acquire company related real estate in same transaction
